I earned 393.00 but their KYC process thru plaid is impossible to pass. I can't pass the identity verification process. Possibly because I have facial hair, idk because they won't give me a reason. You only have 3 attempts and then if you fail all they just ghost you. They must rely on people unable to cash out otherwise they would allow you to attempt to verify your identity before you waste your time engaging with their platform. They make no attempts to have a human review the information to pass it thru manually nor do they give another way to obtain your earnings. There are so many other apps that only need your PayPal email address to pay you so I would avoid this app because they are a scam. They hide behind the kyc plaid verification process as a scapegoat but they have no intentions of paying you for engaging with their games. Update to respond to response. I initially emailed the email address they suggested after reading other reviewers feedback and seeing that email was consistently referenced before I left a review on trust pilot and I've also started 2 support tickets regarding this issue specifically from within the app. I received a very short response that they are reviewing the issue. To which I responded with a thanks. So now we wait. Update#2. I've been finally able to cash out. It took months from start to finish and a lot of customer service intervention. They sure don't make it easy!
