Shady Business!!I signed up for Benjamin a couple weeks ago and started playing games for cash. As I was finishing one game "Dice Dreams" I noticed my tracking was no longer working as I finished a big milestone that would have paid over $50. The previous milestones all tracked with no issue. I sent an email to support aswell as a direct message on Facebook with proof of my completion. I also included the information Benjamin support requested from me such as date of when I downloaded the app and my usage. I sent this proof with proof of me completing the milestone (I record all my gameplay) and support replied back to me on Facebook claiming my account would be suspended with no explanation. At this time, I did not know my account was even under review and was only making a ticket to see if I could correct he failed tracking on one of my games. I have spent a substantial amount of money to complete the games via their app and in return they suspend my account with no explanation and block communication preventing me to reply back. Even though I am unable to log into the app, I still have a notification claiming I have over $235 in my account which they will not let me redeem. It seems my account was only blocked due to me making too much money from their partners and they wanted to keep the revenue that was paid and owed to me the user. Very disappointing
