The individuals responsible for pausing all withdrawals for months and then allowing them only to be overwhelmed should face consequences. Additionally, imposing a withdrawal limit and charging a fee for it is just unacceptable. I am left feeling disappointed and angry. Regarding the response I received: it was just a typical, automated reply that offered no real help.
