December 11?! I can relate... I've been dealing with issues since October. They told me to wait until December 3rd for an update, so I did, and then I redeemed... Now it's January 6th and it says my redemption should have been completed by January 1st. What is going on?! This app is incredibly disappointing. I have no intention of using it again. I’ll likely delete my account after I finally get the $25 I’ve been waiting for since October... Are they experiencing financial problems? What is really happening? Is this a scam?
