After having my funds held for months, I've received no response from the support team despite sending over 30 messages. This feels like a scam. I've already lost nearly 100 dollars due to their inaction. I strongly advise against using this service, and I certainly wouldn't share any personal information, especially with their recent requests for social security numbers and tax details. I do not trust this platform at all.
