I waited all summer for a payment on December third, only to be informed that I couldn't receive it due to the high volume of requests. It's now January 12th, and I'm still waiting! I doubt I'll ever see my money. It's incredibly disappointing! Meanwhile, I keep receiving almost daily messages from a representative urging me to engage with the app. No way! You don't pay anymore!
