Update: While Benjamin is VERY quick to respond to reviews, it's taken over two months (and counting) and they still have not done anything to resolve the root issue (refusing to pay members). I will update this review once I've been paid... that is, if I EVER get paid. Benjamin has owed me $237 since early December. As with so many others, they have refused to pay me and initially didn't respond to my tickets, emails, etc. at all, but have responded multiple times in the past two weeks. But each time, they're either canned replies or "sorry, nothing we can do, just hope and pray and one day you'll get paid" (paraphrasing). They are SUPER fast to reply to these reviews, though their messages all say the same thing: "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it, it is what it is." In fact, there IS something you can do. You can pay us what we're owed. Because, as it stands right now, what you're doing is deceptively advertising your product as being instant payout, and bait-and-switching as you refuse to pay members what we're owed.
