Using Benjamin during 2025, I had no issues. Games were fun and payouts occurred within 2-3 seconds to my account. Then, Benjamin needed 30 days to "upgrade" so withdrawals were not allowed during that 30 days. Now, I have withdrawn over $200 in rewards that are in a "que" somewhere. Benjamin's records reflect that I requested a withdrawal, and show that they have been "qued" but they have not made it to my account. Benjamin has had over 2 months to transfer these funds but has failed to do so. Repeated attempts to reach them results in an automated, canned response. NO live interaction at all. Also, now that they have upgraded their system, I have to pay to withdraw my funds and there is a $50 per day cap on withdrawals. I am beyond frustrated!!!
