100% customer service!I ordered a rustic pine mantel, it was really lovely, unfortunately I ordered 50 cm instead of 50 inches, I was so cross with myself, and assumed I would be stuck with something that I couldn't use, after all it was my mistake. However after telling them of my mishap they kindly agreed to exchange it. Everything was dealt with really quickly and kindly. I now have a beautiful mantel that I love.
