A few days ago, I wrote a review after experiencing what I would describe subpar customer service. About an hour or two of posting that review, I received a call from Jonah Worrelli, a Bereli.com representative. Jonah apologized for the experience and asked how he could right the situation. My response, “I’m really just excited about receiving a DD. Simply get me the weapon and I’ll be happy.” I’ll save you a long story and simply report how pleased I am with not only receiving my rifle today, but equally happy with Jonah personally resolving this issue and expediting a solution. We all can have a bad day. After Jonah’s response I’m willing to believe my second experience with Bereli.com is more align with the company’s culture. I received my rifle today and I plan to put at least 100 rounds down range tomorrow morning. I personal want to thank Jonah and recommend Bereli.com to others looking for deals on rifles.
