I bought a BergHoff Eurocast from a show in the summer. I was so impressed I have ordered more product. Unfortunately I made an error with my order so didn’t receive what I wanted. Not a problem!! I phoned BergHOFF and talked to a very friendly lady who immediately sent out what I should have ordered.Not only a fantastic product but a fantastic back up service as well.Very impressive BergHoff.
