I ordered my first frying pan and grid pan online and they came very quickly, unfortunately I had ordered to large. My Husband rang your offices, spoke to a lovely lady and ordered two smaller pans. Again came quickly. Am giving the first two as a Christmas 🎄 gift to our Son in law.
