Purchased a set of Eurocast pans and generally satisfied however when we got a new kitchen and went from a gas hob to induction we discovered that the small frying pan does not work. We contacted customer service who informed us that some small pans do not work on induction and offered to replace our small frying pan with a larger frying pan (which we already have) provided we pay for it (at a discounted price) I feel that their claim that the pans work on all hobs is misleading and should have resulted in a refund or free of charge replacement.
