I have had amazing customer service from Berkhoff. I bought the X7 Elite processor at Goodwood food show after being impressed by the process to make ice cream. I also have a range of cookware from Berkhoff which I bought about 15 years ago that are still going strong, so I knew the company could be trusted. On first use I unfortunately broke the tamper stick and could not find a replacement on the web so asked the customer team for help. Jacquie was amazing and offered help immediately.
