Bought these very expensive pans following a fantastic display at a food festival . WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY ! Not once have they performed as shown . Constantly sticking and burning everything cooked in them . Contacted customer service who advised to send pictures which I did . Conveniently I was told it was not a manufacturing fault so they were not covered by warranty and it was burnt food affecting the cooking performance . I was given deep cleaning instructions which I followed religiously with zero effect . originally this was one pan however after only 2 years of minimal use the other 3 pans are exactly the same . Again I contracted customer services to ask for advice. The individual who I spoke to had zero customer service skills and was actually very rude. Again I was asked to send pictures which I explained I already had . When asked if I could return them for someone to test I was advised this wasn t possible although according to other reviews this was requested. I was told I would be contacted woth a solution and on 2 occasions surprise surprise no one has contacted me. Other reviews have stated they have been allowed to return the pans and offered a hearty discount to re purchase . I on the other hand have been offered nothing.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . I am going to seek professional advice as these pans were mis sold and are not fit for purpose.In reply to my review Berghoff have used a completely different email which I sent to them regarding a broken pan lid. They have tried to imply that I have not followed the correct washing instructions by putting the pans in the dishwasher. at no point have I ever mentioned that the pans were cleaned in this way. Only the glass lids were cleaned in the dishwasher. The pans themselves have always been washed by hand following the instructions provided. Yet again they have skirted around the issue of the pans being faulty and are unwilling to accept responsibility. Shocking customer service.
