After buying a frying pan at the Ideal home show which was great. I then wished to buy more. Mum & I decided to split a set. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong set! I emailed customer service and they confirmed my error! They were very helpful in providing details of how to return and have now arranged to send the correct pan set on receipt of the wrong ones.
