I bought a saute pan at The Ideal Home exhibition on 25 March 2025. On the third use on 10th May 2025 the glass lid shattered and pieces were scattered on the hob snd kitchen worktop.. I emailed Burgeoff twice but have not have a response.UpdateI since had a response by email and a new lid was delivered on 17th June 2025.I would like to thank them for getting me a replacement lid so swiftly.
