My experience is mostly with St.George, partner of the Berkeley Group, and I can’t say one single good word about anything: bad design, bad people, lack of communication. I contacted BG because St.George was ignoring me and my problems, and they did the same forwarding my complaint to their partner. What is the point if they were already ignoring me? They define themselves “St.Geroge, design for life” but they don’t even know what design is. I moved in a brand new flat with tons of defects and took me 3years to have them fixed involving the insurance company because those defects were “within our standards”. The building is continuously under maintenance, what you expected from a very old building. But they say “improvements”. Really? Do they think people have no brain? They sell as “luxury flats” at point of sale!!! But then they talk about standards.I had to face a case of racism but I have been ignored when I pointed that out.What I want to do? Sell and never with them again!
