After four years in the development area, I decided to move out. The company seems indifferent to residents' needs, focusing solely on profit. Their slogan, "built for life," feels insincere given the numerous issues in my flat and those of my neighbors. Repairs took an unreasonably long time, including the lift and persistent water and heating problems. The overall quality is simply unacceptable. Additionally, with the rising crime rate, there’s a lack of concern. Their priority appears to be selling new builds and transforming council houses into expensive flats, contributing to gentrification. I wouldn't recommend living in this area or with this company.
