I have been without hot water for nine days and received no response or call back from British Gas despite being on the vulnerable list. Jon got in touch with me extremely quickly and within a day came to check on my boiler and by this morning I had a new one being installed.Elliot was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.They are truly amazing and helped me so fast and efficiently, making sure I was informed and able to afford my new boiler (which is a Worcester, so great brand too.)I can’t recommend them enough, left my place spick and span and Elliot even put my shelves back up!Fantastic company and people, you’re in safe and expert hands.
