After having no heating at this time of year due to our old trusty boiler giving up, we contacted a few companies as per recommendations from Facebook groups! Not all of them responded or some stopped responding! Berkshire Heating Solutions were quick to respond and they answered all questions quickly! Sent a quote when they said they would, booked the job for 3 days after their first contact, arrived when they said they would & replaced our broken boiler with a brand new one! And fitted hive after explaining what it was and how it would benefit us! John worked so quickly to get the job done! We are so grateful and would highly recommend the company to anyone!
