RizzSoles is a total scam. They do not inform customers that their product is manufactured and shipped from overseas. The quality of the product is extremely poor and it simply does not work. When I contacted the support team to initiate a return, it took them 2–3 weeks to respond. By the time I heard back, they claimed that the 14-day return window had passed according to their policy and refused the return. Do not trust this company. I’ve been learning about how these types of scams operate.
