Ordered a watch it came but the dial colour was completely off. Not what was advertised on the website or as described. I spent a couple of weeks on WhatsApp and calling the support numbers on the website, sometimes getting a response, other times being left for days. My questions were being avoided and they were starting conversations over by replying 'Hi' to my messages. Terrible customer service. I managed to finally get them to pick the watch up and ship it back. I waited a little over a week for a refund but they took £19 off me for shipping it back to them in Dubai. Even though the product wasn't as described. I am currently waiting on a reply as usual. AVOID THEM.Update: refusing to give me back the £19. So no watch because it wasn't as described and now I'm down £19. AVOID these SCAMMERS.
