Paid for next day express overnight delivery. To find the item was shipped from Dubai not the London address on their website and would never receive next day as I'd paid the £16 for. Sure enough I got my tracking for delivery a week later. No response on the contact number via calls or wattsapp or via email direct or via the website contact form. To top it off once it did arrive I was hit with import and duty tax, yet again still no response from Bersigar. My experience as been nothing but bad and I will be arranging a refund via my card! Disgusting Bersigar, this was a birthday present for my 14 Yr old son!
