Awful would not recommend to anyone take your custom elsewhere. Spent £8300 on a bathroom with this company. It’s been installed to a very poor standard. It has been refitted 4 times, twice by the first fitter who I then had to ask not to return as it was such a mess then twice by the replacement fitters. It still now looks awful and they refuse to resolve the matter. Owner is uninterested and just blames fitters and denies any liability despite me never employing the fitters. He tried to take items out of my skip to replace damaged items in my bathroom. It’s been the most awful experience with a company and we are most likely going to have to spend more money now elsewhere to get it put right. This list of issues has been endless and the finish is extremely poor. Bad customer service and experience.
