Terrible, stressful experience, 20 odd emails, 20+ telephone calls and 5 weeks later I finally got my (reduced refund) for a faulty product.A Bespoke representative told me my purchase was not checked before it was sent to me despite that being a common practice for airsoft retailers and you would definitely expect a check to made on a product that costs over 2k right? Nope! not Bespoke!I had to chase Bespoke up constantly over 5 weeks to get anything done, staff told me the refund would be issued multiple times which never happened despite them having my returned parcel for near 3 weeks.Please understand this was my first experience with Bespoke, could I have bought another product on another day and been happy, yes! But unfortunately my experience was dire and honestly if I could rate this experience 0 out 5 I would.I will obviously not be doing business with them again and would encourage any potential customers to be aware of Bespoke not checking their products before they sell to you and good luck if you need a refund.
