Placed my order MPT23982 for 2 pair of shoes on 10/16/23... Today it is 11/2/23 no shoes! Still sitting somewhere in NY one location Jamaica NY & 2nd location Queens NY according to USPS. BEST WEAR company is supposedly listed as being in CA. I did a Google maps using the company location provided on Website by Bestwear. You are non existant in CA. What is the problem? Never received any communication from Best Wear about estimated delivery time until I made a post on Trust Pilot. Items were received on 11/4... only 24 days after placing & paying for my order!My order was received on Nov 4th. Thank you! Appreciated the follow up email from Jaime. I placed a second order and right away I received a confirmation email and transparency information. Thank you Best Wear for building my confidence in your company with each order. I'm excited for my family to open these shoes on Christmas morning! My only recommendation is order way early if you need an item for a specific date. Thank you, Best Wear!
