Its a SCAM website, having booked cheap flights with Ethiopian having found it on jetcost, thinking I was getting a bargain, the company promised to issue the flights within 24 hours, which they initially did, and provided with multiple airline booking codes, of which one said it was confirmed by the airline.The next day I checked again on the airline website, and found it was no longer there, so I first rang the airline who said it was confirmed and cancelled on the same dayAfter speaking with Best Airfare again regarding the cancellation, they assured it would be resolved, but couldn’t confirm the flights as promised, and said they are requesting a refund, which I would receive within a few days.The refund was never received, and I immediately disputed the transaction with AMEX, but I would insist to anyone please do not book, as this company makes it seem like they are refunding and will keep coming up with new stories, every time you reach out to them!Avoid, and if you must book use a credit card, but it is a scam!
