I booked two seats for a trip with this company for myself and my young son. I received confirmation and paid for the tickets. To my shock, I later received an email stating my booking wasn’t complete! This company uses deceptive tactics, selling tickets that don’t exist or attempting to raise prices significantly. I now have to tell my son that the tickets I booked are unavailable. It’s appalling that such practices occur!
