My wife and I were over the moon that we purchased a best price flights with BestAirFare!As I had paid by a credit card it did not matter if I did not get them as I could just go back to the card company for a refund.But to their convenience, they cancelled it, refunded it and requested a bacs payment as I did not want to miss the value tickets. Never make that mistake!As I had relevant correspondence and conversation with my own colour people I trusted them thinking that they would not do this as they should very well know that god is always watching them and punish if they ever did anything bad!Anyway, they then issued incorrect tickets, which belonged to somebody else and a totally different airline than ours!It was just by coincidence I approached the airline to book my seats but they were unable to as no valid tickets had yet been issued.When complained this to BestAirFare their reply I got was 'No, they are correct and the airline is incorrect! Do NOT worry! just go to the airport on the date of travel and you will 100% get the boarding passes!' I totally rejected their claim!The tickets were immediately cancelled, thank god!Now I will definitely get my refund according to the email confirmation!To my disbelief, they confirmed by a screenshot of the refund been paid promptly but only to be pocketed by them!!!They have since been reported but where are the airlines, authorities and regulators to stop the honest customers being scammed and loosing their hard earned money all the time?Please, please, please keep away from Best(Worst)AirFare!
