I am writing this review regarding my booking for a Qatar Airways flight, which has been subject to multiple involuntary flight changes. While the airline, Qatar Airways, clearly documented these changes with an electronic trail, the service from Best Air Fare was appalling.
I received no information or updates from Best Air Fare regarding the critical flight changes, which put my family and me in an extremely difficult position. When I attempted to manage the reservation directly with the airline, Best Air Fare refused to provide the necessary security information (e.g., direct booking reference/PNR) that would allow me to access and manage my booking.
This complete lack of transparency, communication, and basic customer support has significantly undermined my trust in the agency. It is the travel agent's responsibility to ensure their client is informed and has the necessary documentation, especially during schedule disruptions. Their handling of this situation was unacceptable and highly concerning.
I would advise all potential customers to be extremely cautious, as their service is non-existent when you need them most.
