After booking our dream holiday with my family and two children back in October 25 to Dubai stopping at Raffles on the palm and paying Best at travel £18000.00 pounds, everything was fine till the war broke out.
Then after many emails asking for a refund or the same holiday there were un willing to accommodate us and there fall back position was its not us but British airways.
We are so disappointed how everything has been handled by best at travel and they expect my family to enter a war zone in 20 days time for holiday.
We have dealt with Audley holiday for 20 years and in Covid with had refund within 7 days.
You should hang your heads in shame Best at travel.
Im sure there reply will be standard we are following protocol, well as a big travel company they should put customers first not there profit.
So I would recommend booking with another company
You will soon find out the good from the bad when the shit hits the fan, and these guys are not to
be trusted, so I strongly advise book elsewhere.
