We ordered a lab-grown diamond ring in rose gold, and while it looks stunning online, the real-life version is quite disappointing. The ring doesn't resemble the picture at all; it's short and stubby, and even the underside differs. Initially, we purchased a different ring but exchanged it for this one. We chose to keep it rather than go through the lengthy exchange process again, which felt like too much hassle. Although the customer service was friendly, the ring does not match the online image at all. Had we known what we were actually receiving, we would not have chosen this ring.
