Bought a laptop, printer, monitor and Best Buy loyalty program Black Friday weekend. Made an appointment with Geek Squad to transfer my info/photos from my old laptop to the new one. Came to pick it up and found that all but two of my photos had been lost. AND THEY BLAMED ME!!!!!! Requested a call from the district manager, NEVER got one. When I came in to pick the laptop the first time, requested to speak to a manager from several employees, TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR ONE TO RESPOND! His excuse? He was busy. There were 5-7 customers in the store at the time. Needless to say, lost DECADES of photos. Birthdays, holidays, vacations, children, grandchildren, family lost forever. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. They were all smiles while making the purchase, nothing but argument and blame when we had a problem. Wish I had spent my money elsewhere. STAY AWAY! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!
