Negative rating. I went to BestBuy right beside Scarborough Town Center. I wanted to buy a hard copy of UFILE software. They said they did not have it and I had to buy it via online. So I gave them my information so they can order it online for me. I then was going to leave the store and I see the hard copy. They lied to me. Then I waited for a few days and never got an email. Guess what, they put my email incorrectly. I chatted with the chat bot, called them, went to the store TWICE. Gas prices are very high and they can't fix a simple issue. Same excuse, backend can only fix the issue. It's been almost two weeks. Terrible experience. I can't even cancel the order. They put the wrong email and can't fix it. Absolutely terrible company and terrible customer service.
