Entered registration of our car and received an acceptable valuation of £17,350 to which we we accepted. We noted that unless car was not as described, then yes you may be offered slightly less. Our car is 1 year old with absolutely no marks. Indeed all alloys unblemished, no dinks, chips anywhere and only 3200 miles on the clock.We then had an email to ask about any extras and to confirm condition, to which I responded and included photos to confirm the cars condition. Next move was a confirmed offer of £16,000…!!!I contacted Jake Hand to whom I had been dealing with to question why the sudden huge drop especially as our car was in perfect condition and there should be no reason for any decrease in valuation.
