Very misleading. When you generate a figure on the website it sends an email saying “View your offer”. That’s not your offer at all. That’s a figure the computer has plucked and by the time they have called you that figure doesn’t exist anymore and their “actual” offer is a lot lower. I think they need to be more clear when they send an email saying “View your offer”. This makes it seem like the actual offer but it isn’t at all!
