Sent my parcel by DHL who never delivered and I have spent money on phone calls trying to chase up. Product was ordered on Dec 1st so plenty of time for Christmas. Now Gore say they will not give me a refund because it is DHLs fault. DHL tell me I need to contact Gore. ABsolutely disgusting service.
