My experience has been great and I have another just like it to compare it to. I purchased another mower and sent it back. So I am pleased with this purchase and the support. I purchased the bestmow based on reviews and it's abilities and most of all its user friendly advertisement. Im very happy to say that I worked through some frustration as it began like the other mower where I was not finding the things in the app however after an update it was good to go then I had a great support person who did a video chat and he was there to bounce all my questions off. The following day I was able to co tinue mapping and mowing to complete the whole yard. Gosh all I had to do was weedeat a bit. I mapped all and then did a clean and set it up for the winter. Im a diyer and good on computers but never had a robotic experience with a toy or anything. Supprt was very helpful but teally its not hard after i did the update. Im 67, I like doing the yard but the south Texas heat takes alot out of me. I literally had a helper in the yard with me, while bestmow mowed I did the weedeating. The mower also trims the edges after it mow. I love the fact of a 4inch height cut. I don't cut my grass shorter again because it's south Texas. This mower I'm told by support comes with 2 year warranty that replaces parts that fail. I also received a discount for Xmas clearance sale. Support is there and there are subscriptions too. I need to look at those but I can highly recommend this mower and the support. I want to keep my yard in good shape and me and my little friend will do a good job.
