I received an email stating my account had been reviewed and restricted. Although I was allowed to log in for a short period, I could neither deposit nor place bets. When I contacted customer support, their response was unhelpful and stated that my account would close in seven days. I have spoken to a regulatory body, and they confirmed I am entitled to a refund. I will continue to leave reviews until this issue is resolved.
