I had to replace my device due to damage bought exact se model of phone when trying to get back in I couldn't get facial recognition completed now it just says server error I've sent tons of emails no response support just don't exist before this I would have easily gave it 5 stars so if you have to replace your device probably gonna loose best play as your favorite app
