Over a week ago I placed an order for Christmas gifts. All items were in stock but this Monday the order was still processing. After contacting Bestsecret by telephone I was told that one item is not in their stock (how is that possible?) and that's why the order can't be shipped. I was not informed about this and asked if the other 5 items in their stock can be shipped - we ordered before and they split parcels - but was told no. All items of my order are still available on their website so what is going on? Are they selling items that they do not have in stock? I contacted them several times via the contact form and telephone but my order is still not shipped and I just received a message (after three days of waiting) "We will be happy to review your request with the relevant department and get back to you in a timely manner." This order will not reach me in time before Christmas so I'll have to find a new solution. I find this unacceptable and am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and service.
