I gave a very good review when purchasing a transmission from Best Used Auto Parts. The flipside of that coin is buyer beware it took almost 2 weeks for us to get the part delivered. That’s why it was free shipping. They went the cheapest route not taken into consideration. This is a part to get a car running only for that part not to work after we paying $2100 for this part it came with the 60 day warranty the catches the warranty starts once the part ships not when it reaches is destination. OK now we have a part that doesn’t work. I’m having to jump through loops taking videos paying another mechanic to come over to verify that is the wrong part only for them to sill present more loops, I’ve come to the conclusion that I made a horrible mistake and purchasing from Best Used Auto Part. The only thing I want from them at this point is to pick up your part and refund my money but no, I’m waiting to see what the warranty department wants to do. Trust me people do not buy any parts from Best Used Auto Part and another thing everybody there is speaking with broken English (Tia) and they try to talk over you when you’re trying to get a problem resolved again. The only thing I want is them to pick up this broken transmission and give me back my money. After going through all of this, I have no respect not trust of this company. As of today Friday 3/6/26 we have wrapped and anchored the transmission on a pallet ready for pick up. Tia is working with the warranty department to schedule a pick up returning of the transmission to Best Auto Parts. We are currently waiting on the shipping label and the refund $2100 that we paid for the transmission. I truly feel actually that all of this will come together for the good.
