I had been told that the reason our sales in certain neighborhoods were not high was because we were not advertising in their magazine. Homeowners only trust companies shown in their neighborhood magazines. I finally relented and tried for more than a year. It cost a great deal of money. And there were zero results. Not one new customer. I was told it can take a while. So I kept trying. Finally, I cancelled. That is when the harassment started. There was no way to stop advertising. I had signed a contract and that was all that mattered. I had given them plenty of notice. But they did not care. All they want is their money. They just keep calling, texting, emailing about getting their money. That is all. I fully expect them to take me to court next. Bring it on! But I wanted to at least warn other business owners about this company's tactics. DON"T TRUST THEM. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
