From the moment I stepped in, she was welcoming, warm, and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.Not only did she check me in smoothly and provide water for my room, but when I mentioned that my first room was too cold, she immediately took action. Without hesitation, she upgraded me, gave me a drink voucher, and even followed up later to make sure I was happy—which I absolutely was!Shell represents the highest standard of customer service. She didn’t ask for a review, yet she delivered such an exceptional experience that I felt compelled to write one. If all hotels had staff like Shell, travel would be a much better experience.Thank you, Shell, for making my stay outstanding!
