EVERYTHING about this hotel exceeded expectations ! Excellent hotel ,spotlessly clean ,very well appointed -superb comfy US made beds ( ! ) and delicious food. What made all the difference was the energised , "can do" attitude of the team who looked after us with such kindness and attention to detail. From Daisy, Alex, Hannah, and Ash on Reception , Aaron in the restaurant and Nathan in the Spa the warmth and positivity , no request was too much trouble , such a refreshing experience ! I cannot recommend the hotel or the staff highly enough and as a result we have joined the BW membership and will actively look at BW first on our next break away.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable in creating such a relaxing and comfortable environment.
