We tried to stay at the Best Western Weybridge and will not be staying here again. We shown to our executive room which had a loud noise coming from the roof. We informed maintenance but they could not stop it and suggested we change rooms after a heated discussion with reception we eventually were offered another room which was not clean. We then decided to no longer stay here and asked for our money back, we were told it’s not possible and to speak to the head office when we spoke to Head Office we were told we have to email. The general manager of the hotel called to say there is no way we’re having the money back. this is a disgrace. They took out money in good faith and gave us to 2 faulty and dirty bedrooms.I have now read many online reviews of this Weybridge hotel, and it appears the management are very argumentative and many people are complaining. I will never be staying at Best Western ever again.
