Do not use the best Western heathrow. Firstly, it is on bath road to the north of the airport and it is now an expensive and time consuming travel to any terminal. Their are 5 hotels in the complex, mainly at t4 and one at t5, use them. In addition, i was meeting people here and was monstered by three heavies who had been trained across the border at the taliban charm academy. I have often used hotel lobbies when not a guest - that is what they are designed for, most recently at reids, funchal, (a much desired destination) waiting to meet guests for afternoon tea. Questioned in the most polite way, this was no problem.If this is how they treat a visitor, i hate to think what treatment a guest would receive. AVOID
