Homophobic hotel chain - avoid at all costs.Receptionist at one of their hotels lied about being over booked to try and separate my partner and I into single rooms because he didn’t want us to share a double. Management have since tried to palm off and to cover up the issue and have ignored any attempt to resolve. Disgusting service and totally LGBQT+ unfriendly - avoid at all costs.
