So as my wife is unwell C i thought I would add a extra day15 calls to to hotel ,call centre, head office UK, I get put though to head office in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, Were I was given to Fiona no problem she will get East cliff Best Western to phone the confirmation tomorrow but they never did after me making 5 more NO CALL OR CONFIRMATION .DID I GO OR NOT ????????? WOULD YOU.
